Account Service Manager, Indian speaking

Overall Purpose of Role:
Overall responsible for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and, retaining clients as well as following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
  • Handling new client leads (first contact) daily
  • Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients
  • Effectively handle the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints)
  • Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details
Additional Requirements
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Networking skills
  • Native Indian, fluent in English (additional languages will be considered as an advantage)

Education, Qualifications and Training
Preferred:
  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Excellent Computer training – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
  • Languages: Indian and English are a must
Experience
Essential:
  • 1-2 year experience in a sales environment preferably in the financial sector
  • Recruitment of affiliates off & on line
  • B2B experience

MetaTrader Application Developer

Overall Purpose of Role:
Responsible for MetaTrader4 development and support projects and the effective use of the MetaTrader4 systems.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
  • To work on various MetaTrader4 development and support projects
  • Toe enhance the effective use of the MetaTrader4 systems by business, technology and operations departments
  • To prioritize, allocate and complete work assigned in a timely manner
Additional Requirements
  • Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered as an advantage)

Education, Qualifications and Training
Preferred:
  • Diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience
Essential:
  • At least 3 years of general experience in software programming
Work Based Competencies
Essential:
  • Solid experience in MetaTrader4 (MT4) server development, MT4 plug-ins
  • Excellent knowledge in C/C++, Application Programming Interface (API) C#
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MT4 systems
  • Experience in dealing with business needs from FX Trading and Risk Management areas
  • Working knowledge from interfacing of MT4 to databases (MySQL, Oracle)
  • Proven experience in applying systems architecture and design patterns
Experience in providing second-level technical troubleshooting support
