20 Health Tips That Can Change Your Life

 

1. Drink 8-10 glass of fresh water daily. These will help you to have an natural glow on your face and will help to purify your blood.

2. Eat fresh fruits like apple, orange, banana, grapes etc. ( try to avoid the packet juice)

3. If you are an worker and just sit at one place then try to wake up early in the morning between 5 - 6 a.m. and have an early morning walk and try some yoga.

4. Help others, especially when you are down. This will uplift you.

5. Eat a balance of Fat ( like potatoes), Proteins ( like eggs, fish) , and good carbohydrates ( like bread, butter) at every meal.

6. Never, Ever, Ever Skip Breakfast it is must for you. Especially for the ladies who are on dieting have your breakfast and you can leave the rest.

7. Through out the day practice BELLY  BREATHING

8. Take in 10 minutes daily of unscreened sunshine

9. Try to get out some time for your own health and join an gym just for body maintenance.

10. Check out you body's standard weight i.e. how much at this age your body should have and your height. Try to use stairs at an regular interval rather than lifts, it will help your leg muscles.

11. Try out some acupressure techniques for your eyes.

12. If you spend a lot of time at the computer or focusing on any one thing, you sometimes forget to blink and your eyes can get fatigued. Try the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. This can help reduce eyestrain. 

13. Wash your hands and faces when ever you come from outside. This will help to make your skin oil free and fairer.



14. If you are going through teenage then you always have the danger of getting acne's and pimples, so to avoid them eat oil free food. Drink more water daily and wash your face using some good quality soaps like dove.

15. Chew gum. Pop a stick in your mouth, and you'll feel your stress levels sink. A recent study showed that frequent gum chewers had lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.


16. Wear protective eye wear when you go out.

17. Apply sunscreen lotion. Check out that they have more spa content because that helps to prevent sun's harmful radiations

18. Sleep 7 to 9 hours in a pitch dark bedroom.

19. Walk at least 3 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep your heart rate to 55% – 75% of your maximum heart rate (determined by your age).

20. Try out some push ups early in the morning this will help every one and try to change the position of your arms after every 5 push ups.
